Poor Business services

Applied for business lines to be migrated and a new line to be installed, technician completed half the task and disappeared lines are cut at the old building but not installed at the new one, new line installation also not complete, contacted account manager he said he will sort it out, its been a week, sending him emails everyday regarding the problem but he does not even provide feedback or respond.

this is poor business service!!!
