Cant get ADSL username & password

Signed up for ADSL from Telkom this morning (I know - stupid idea)

After going through the whole process they said it was active and that they will be emailing me the username and password so we could use it. Needless to say it's been 4 hours and no email from them.

It's now another hour of phoning and being passed around, cut off and everything you would expect from Telkom we are still waiting on our details so we can use the service they are charging for.

Anyone out there, rather use a reputable ADSL supplier that you can actually speak to than these.

Heaven forbid we actually have to call them for support one day.
