This is ridiculous!!

This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Telkom's call centre is useless, I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now just to have my username and password created and being on the line evryday for
2 hours to be transferred is useless!!! What kind of service is this!!! Considering cancelling this and just leaving everything as is!!!
Im really disappointed in Telkom, its pathetic and appaling!!!
