Incredible - Can't use service, can't leave eithe

Background:

3/20: I sign up on Mweb for ADSL data. I have an active phone and ADSL line. I register with an Mweb username and password. I upload my documents. I receive and SMS from Mweb with an ADSL username and password.

At home, I try their ADSL username and password, no luck. I try their username MY password, etc. and no luck. I go to mweb (dot) co (dot) za/services/myaccount and try to login to my account, no luck.

I do the forgotten password with both the Mweb (my) AND the ADSL username (the one they SMSed me) and it says: "The email address is not active or valid."

3/21: I email them to report the problem. Various emails later, I still can't access anything.

3/27: I call them. They confirm that my Mweb and ADSL username (email addresses) are on the system. But it still says "not valid or active". They don't know why.

They remind me that I'm being billed from day one 3/20 (despite my inability to log in or retrieve a password). They tell me they will email me a form to retrieve the password.

I try to cancel my subscription, but this will take 30 DAYS (paid, but no service).
In contravention of CPA cooling-off period, I'll file suit if I'm billed. Need this canceled TODAY.
