Incompetent admin suspends a fully paid account

Yes, the saga continues. Whilst Telkom technical seems to be quite on the ball, it's admin is a shambles. Experience can only lead one to believe they are either indifferent, incompetent, or both. When eventually getting my ADSL line, a username was issued with a space character in it. From a system point of view this an illegal character and of course didn't work. In the end a new username was issued without the space character. Guess what, ever since then Telkom stubbornly insists I have TWO internet accounts. I CANNOT get rid of the illegal one, no matter how. Telkom people say that they will remove it, but IT DOESN'T happen. Now comes the crunch. Somehow the system has suspended my account for non-payment, even though the accounts department, AND the technical department agree that I am NOT in arrears. Yet I cannot get rid of the suspension either. I have had it with Telkom and this is a public announcement that if this is not resolved by tomorrow, I will simply cancel my Broadband account and go to another service provider.
