MTN just keeps on billing and ignoring costumers

Dear MTN its me again. I have tried since August last year to get you to assist me with a faulty sim card. You have ignore my request and advice at every conner, instead telling me the some thing over and over. After complaining for 5 months that my sim is not working and I am in Belgium, you just kept on saying please reset the handset! It did not work, I had to get a Belgium sim card (some phone and it worked) at great cost and ended up paying for service from MTN I did not get. Only after returning to SA and going into an MTN shop and having to pay again for a new sim card did my phone work! So to sum it all up. You ignored my please for help and assistance for 5 month while happily billing me. At NO point did I get any helpful assistance from MTN. All my latest emails and request just got ignored believing I would just go away and keep on paying you. I want my money back for the 5 months I had NO SERVICE from you or you can cancel my contract.
