MTN Call centre useless

We have a contract with MTN which they gladly take a debt order from our account every month.
No problem taking money from you!!! That seems to work perfect!!!
However my brother in-law went over seas about 3 months ago. The sim card was not being used but we were still paying for the contract which we couldn't cancel (to much $$$ to cancel) due to an agreement we signed with MTN.

On his return last night the sim card did not work in every phone we tried. I guess MTN cuts your service but still loves taking your money!!! We phoned the call centre twice already and each time they could not help us!!!
MTN you are in breach of contract!! I am paying for a service which properly has not worked for a while now.

Please sort this out soon.
