Unjust billing from their incompetance

I took out a Cell C data package from Autopage about a year ago and it worked for the first month. I picked up it was not being debited from my account after 3 months (as I don't use the data card often). We contacted them and they said my account details were wrong, we have since sent them the correct details 3 times. They stopped my data card from working after month one.

I had spoken to a manager Andre Daniel on numerous occasions and explained to him that I am not paying for the months they turned my sim off for as it is not my fault. He said he would sort it out, today my account got debited over R1000 back dating to inception and the data card hasn't worked after month one.
