Unwarranted harassment from Accounts Department

I received an sms from the Accounts dept. reminding me to pay my outstanding installment (R150 - total balance R560). The sms also said to ignore the message if the installment has been paid - which it had.
Consequent to the sms, I received several more sms, reminding me to pay. As I had paid on 3 July, I ignored the sms. I received at least 6 sms, and finally decided that maybe my payment did not go through, so I made another payment (R300) on 17 July. Still I kept on receiving sms.
Helena (TSG) phoned my work to tell me I am in arrears - I gave her the dates of payment as proof. I also asked that she contact me on my cell phone and not work number. She made a note of this. Despite this, she phoned x2 on the same day, and 3 times the next day while I was in a meeting. I then called back, irate by this time. I agreed to send the proof of payment - drew a bank statement and emailed it to helenav@tsg. I requested that she confirm receipt of proof of payment. To this day Foshchini has not bothered to apologise or acknowledge receipt of my email. I will therefore be closing my account after 32 years this month.
