Vodacom just dismisses the "little man"!!! :-(

Vodacom admits that I was correct about being overcharged because my phones were definitely on 'top-up' packages with a fixed charge rate per month. But they tell me that there is nothing that can be done because "we would only be able to consider the details up to 12 months ago"!!! So Vodacom has now eventually admitted its errors but rectification/reimbursement cannot be considered because it is now too late for my complaint to be considered - yet I have all reference numbers for my original complaints which were erroneously rejected. Vodacom owes us more than R30 000 that it out of our bank account!!!

Vodacom replied: "Our records reflect that gesture has been offered, which was accepted by you. Please be advised that the offer & feedback remains unchanged. "
They gave us R4500 which I accepted "without prejudice" as I told them they owe us for the 2 previous years - we are owed much much more as they took nearly R40000 for our account!!!
Vodacom have admitted that the money was erroneously taken but will only reimburse us for their most recent errors! I have always told them that the matter is not concluded we are STILL OWED MONEY!!! So unfair to the little man!
