Cancellation of Account Erroneously for my account

Dear Sir
2 weeks ago i received my Vodacom Account in the post for my Laptop and 3G card. I was Shocked to find that my account stated that I owed R3950.00. This is Completely Ridiculous as i am on a 3G top-up data which does not allow me to go over the R349.00 I pay every month. I have been using an ADSL line so I was unaware that Vodacom disconnected me 3 months ago, so i continued to pay Vodacom R349.00 per month. This amounts to R1049.00 that I have Paid to Vodacom, but not received any connection or carry over of data usage. ie if you dont use all the data one month, it gets carried over etc. I telephoned Vodacom and complained and they said that I had not paid since April/May 2013. I have the proof of payments that indicate that i have paid up until last month. I told Vodacom to get back to me, because they needed to check their records. They then telephoned me back and told me that they had found the payment, but I would have to pay an activation fee and get a new sim card. I refused to pay as this was their negligence. I went to the shops to purchase a new sim card (R102) - again, something i should not be paying for. i have sent many emails and there is NO response
