Misleading consumers

I recently took the unlimited voice and data package because i was excited of the prices offered. For the past two months I haven't even been able to download anything because of very low downloading speed. The highest speed I get all the time (even during late hours). Even loading a page is a mission. This is misleading consumers when advertising high speed that you cannot deliver.
I even now regret porting to 8TA. I would rather pay higher prices with other networks if I cannot get the service at all.
