My phone contract is still in my fathers name, as a result I am not able to call 808 without him speaking to the agent to confirm security details. We both called in about 3 weeks ago to activate self service to enable me to load data. This was attended to. When checking my balance I noticed that my airtime had been depleted quicker than usual. I tried to load more data, and was unable to do it via self service. again I called in with my father, the lady stated that there was an error on their side as I had two contracts loaded (note: not customers problem) She would log a call and I must call back within a few days. I said to her in the meantime she must load a data bundle otherwise I would be charged at the higher rate. She said that she would asked me how much and I said 1gb. She further said I would receive an sms. I never did and the data was never loaded. I tried to call back two days later to follow up and they will not speak to me without my father present to do a security check. I said she could call him and call me back and she said no they do not work like that. I am so disgusted. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. I cannot wait to cancel my contract!!!
