Still no feed back after i logged a query on 09/01

Firstly when ever i call the call centre regarding my query i end up holding for more then 10 min and end up ending the call. i got throught to Tsholo in the contract customer service department. Its regarding a billing query that i have no feedback since i logged it on 09/01/2014. Tsholo told me that there is still no feedback and that she cant promise me when i'll get feedback. She seems to not care about helping customers and is so casual about the situation. This is always the kind of service i get from MTN. This is really unacceptable.
