Autopage does not do its job again!

I took out a data bundle on 26 June 2013 which was not processed due to a technical error, not noticed by them, I dialled the balance enquiry on the weekend to see |I have no data. So I am to be charged? R277, for the data used outside of a contract. I must wait until they have raised an invoice and then only can an investigation be done and a credit be done. In the meantime I must still have no data loaded and will continue to incure data costs. The creditt will most likely not be done before they take the money out of my account. Am sorry that I did not rather wait and cancel all my contracts with them. A client of more 15 years, have never experienced such pathetic serivce.
