I phoned Vodacom to be able to find out about an account. The lady on the other end refused to help me, as they do not have my data that reflects my power of attorney. I proceeded to get more agitated as Vodacom has made me take in this documentation 7 TIMES. yet still not loaded onto their system. The lady then proceeded to put the phone down in my ear without being able to help me or deal with the problem, most probably so because of my agitation at the fact that they still have not done their jobs, but proceed to bill me R2000 per month with a smile.
If you want me to pay for the service, maybe you should offer the service you advertise.
Quite frankly I am sick of dealing with a bunch of incompetent people on the other end, and the fact that Vodacom does not hold up their end of the deal and supply their customers with informed individuals and a system that works.
