Got a phone call from EM (elite mobile) to upgrade, i agree to upgrade but also said I don't want the e-mail R29.00 and Society Membership R49.00. Only the contract.

When I got the first SMS to say these services were activated I called EM and cancelled the whole order. I clearly said I don't want these services, loaded onto the upgrade, these services were loaded/add to my contract, its dishonest and.
Now I can not upgrade with Vodacom till EM have the handset back (which I never signed for) Been trying for 3 days to get this F$#% MESS sorted. They are working on Africa time, no urgency. Phoned Vodacom twice and EM six times.

CANNOT BELIEVE VODACOM IS WILLING TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH ELITE MOBIL. Bad business decision.

EM have bad service and are very dishonest. Vodacom you gonna loose a lot of customers. Perhaps another service provider might have more integrity and deal with customers in a respectful way. Clearly service is not a priority with EM or Vodacom.

Frustrated beyond believe. GRR.
