Platinum Service---What a Joke!!!

I received a call from a lady stating she was from Vodacom and wanted to process my upgrade. After confirming with her 3 times that she was in fact from Vodacom and not an affiliated company we proceeded with the upgrade. I was told my phone would arrive within 10 days... 2 weeks later I had not received my phone nor any communication from Vodacom. I phone 082 111 and after being on hold for 8 min I was informed that I was in fact called by an affiliated company call " Rewards" and I had to phone them., which I did... I was told by the lady she would find out what happen and phone me back within 30 min... After 6 hours I phoned back and was told no more stock of my phone. I called Vodacom back and after 16 min eventually got to speak to a supervisor who also promised me the world and today two days later I have still not heard a word from Vodacom... I am suppose to be a Platinum member... If we are treated like this... I really would hate to know how other customers are treated... maybe time to look at alternate cellar providers!!!
