Hello Peter i have write to you to the following complaints.
Last week 24 friday 2014 vodacom did send me the sms below and when i talked to Mr Paul he said, my money was going to reflect in my account between monday 27 2014 or 28 tuesday 2014, but today when i speak to him he tells me different stories, now it is no longer about my refunds now is all about me paying my account that is due.

Vodacom notification: a credit note for account number I23120441 has been processed for the amount R1184.24 (Excluding vat).

Where did this sms explain to me, but when you need some explainations now you got different story lines.
