Vodacom, now our account is a mess!

Words cannot express my utter disappointment with Vodacom! I logged a complaint regarding the data limit on my wife's account that did not kick in and ran up data charges to the value of R1376.68. They said (Jason Welff) that as a once off gesture for a good & loyal client (5x phones on this 1x contract) that they will credit the amount of R1127.68 and charge us the in-bundle 2 Gig rate of R249.00. I was very happy and impressed with this gesture and all this happened on Friday afternoon (10 January 2014). I thought that this was now sorted out, but to my surprise on Monday morning (13 Jan 2014), we received an account from Vodacom for the ful value of R1376.68 for data. I am beyond frustration and if this does not get sorted at soonest, we would have now choice but to cancel our entire contract as Vodacom just to their clients and this proves that all their clients are not important and are just numbers to them.
