This is the second complain im laying again Vodacom, after struggling with the call centers and their managers who unfortunately cant help me. I took this up to higher level and I managed to speak to the CEO's office and at first I felt like this could be sorted finally. I speak to a lady Susan who advises she will be able to help and I explain my whole story and frustrations and I tell her I need my refund processed as soon as possible, She tells me she will push it for Monday. Monday comes and no money in my account and Tuesday comes and there is still no money in my account. I yet again had to call and find out what's happening, only when I called there was an escalation sent to finance, had I not called nothing would have been done. Shame Vodacom has really rubbed me the wrong way and I feel like I MUST be COMPENSATED for this. No matter who you speak to at Vodacom no one understands CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think they hear it but don't know it. I want my money back.
