From great service in the accounts department, to possibly the worst service I have ever encountered.

I first started dealing with the issue in about mid July as Vodacom charged me for BIS for over a year, and I requested it to be cancelled when I took out my iPhone contract. A credit note was then put to my account for this amount that I was charged, and to date, it's still not posted. I have been calling and requesting that its sorted out before my statement is sent to me, but alas its STILL NOT done, despite the fact that the accounts department can see it.

I called again this morning to find out what is happening as I keep receiving sms / phone call notifications that my account is in arrears. An urgent dispute message / notification was put on my account (today) and I was told to call back in 7 days (AGAIN). I have just logged into my account on the internet, and the amount owing has now been the FULL amount of my account, despite my debit order coming off my account and the error on your side for NOT posting this credit to my account.

I actually dont know what to do any more with regards to this issue!!
