Very pathetic service!!!

I started a query on the 10 th of December. After numerous calls and e mails i finally received my money that Nashua Mobile wrongly deducted off my account on the 9 th of January. The only problem being that they paid in R 1011.00 less than they had to! Nashua Mobile decided that they are going to hold back my payment due at the end of January. I have a DEBIT order in place! Who gives Nashua Mobile the right to do that? Can they not pick up a phone and call the customer to ask his permission to do that? Looks like they have a new cost saving scheme going there, they dont call their customers back then the customer has to use up their airtime to get the problem sorted out!!! I want to see how long its going to take me to get my R 1011.00 out of Nashua Mobile this time. I bet its going to take me another month and a of a lot airtime which they wont refund to get this sorted out. Mr Mark Taylor sir, you are loosing customers! I will NOT renew my contract with Nashua Mobile because they make promises they dont honour. I NEED MY MONEY!!! Please.
