My main complaint is my air time is being deducted from my phone for browsing and sending messages on the social media apps, My bb bis service havn't been working even though I pay for it since my upgrade on the 23 Oct I keep losing airtime even though I m not downloading anything, I know how the billing works. Had over R400 on the first on my account I made 2 phone calls less than 5 minutes and sent 1 sms and its finished. Before on the 14th of Oct I apparently sent over 55 smses to Vodacom millionaires and had over R200 deducted that problem was resolved after blowing my top losing my cool and many phone calls. I cant grasp the fact that I went from a Blackberry phone to another using the same contract but since I did the upgrade I had one problem after the other I am fed up of calling and nothing being done nothing being fixed and loosing airtime because of Vodacom not caring! I have been a loyal customer of Vodacom for 14 years and this is how I need to go about to get things done, just goes to show you don't care about the customers ONLY THEIR MONEY. I cant take this anymore I want this problem resolved and my airtime re credited on my account,
