I've received no meaningful feedback. See my response to the supplier's response to my last complaint. How many times does MTN want me to report the problem without success? Are they honestly brain-damaged that they don't understand that my complaint is that this whole thing started with me filling in that form and submitting it (repeatedly) without a response?

Anyway, new problem: reception in my area is basically non-existent now. You can't make a call. It just drops with "Connection Error". Two other people in my office on MTN have had the same problem. You can't get through to 808 to report it because the call drops. Been like this since Sunday.

No problem, my 18 years of being an MTN customer ends on March 21 when my contract expires and I go to Vodacom which has 5 bars and full HSDPA in my area, I'm just amazed how easily MTN is happy to let a high-value good customer go. I don't care if they respond or not, I just want to warn anyone who's thinking of joining MTN to stay FAR away
