I have made FIVE complaints since Tuesday since your staff have to me on EVERY OCCASION.I signed up for a NEW CONTRACT last month. The 3rd of August. I ported my Vodacom number across. I received the airtime, data, sms' when I got the phone due to it just being activated. My number was ported about 2-3 days later. The 3rd of this month came, and I DID NOT receive my AIRTIME, DATA or SMS'.I called the "customer service" number on Tuesday. I was told that they did not update the system with the new number so that was the reason why I did not receive my airtime etc. So I was told by the lady that within 24, the problem would be solved and I would get my airtime etc. Well those 24 hours came and went. So I called AGAIN yesterday, I was told the same story. I was told that by 10am TODAY it would be fixed. Well 10am came and went. Problem not solved. Then I called again, and spoke to GERALD, who told me he would call me back at 12:20 TODAY to tell me what is happening. AND YET AGAIN, that time came and went, no phone call. So I CALLED AGAIN.The man I spoke to then told me that the number WAS CHANGED ON THE SYSTEM AT 09:58 TODAY. ITS STILL NOT FIXED!! GET YOUR INCOMPETENT TO FIX THE ADMN SYSTEM!
