Charging for airtime that was not provided

I have a contract with them since 2011 June and lost the phone (uninsured). Had to continue with the contract until it ends in june 2013, and i have no problem with that as it's contractual.

the problem is that from paying R325.00 i'm now paying R703.45. after agreeing that when i reach my R225.00 worth of airtime, they will softlock me until the next month. they are still softlocking but the amount is exuberant. I am cherged for hardware subsidy and do not understand who subsidises my hardware and was never told about this.

i could not get the correct Sim Card after loosing the phone, meaning that i was without airtime because everytime they gave me a simcard, it would be unfunctonal, until may. i am owed R1000.00 worth of airtime but am refused to be given that, all i get is explanations that makes me a stupid customer who does not know anything about the contract that she has had for almost ten years with Nashua Mobile.

this is just another way to rip customers off i'm telling you. this is going to be the second contract i will be cancelling with them at the end. when they softlock me, i cant use my simcard for any other thing. is there an ombudsman for this industr??
