I would like to once again express my disgust at Vodacoms service levels, I was incorrectly billed for a upgrade on my account and Vodacom credited my personal bank account with an amount for a handset that I have never seen then deducted that amount. Vodacom found it fit to use my personal bank account to however they see fit, which I feel is incorrect.
Just in my workplace I know of three people who have been affected with these upgrades and all struggled to get these rectified by Vodacom.
As a loyal customer to Vodacom, I feel their service has been poor and I have successfully convinced 4 people at my work to cancel their Vodacom contracts, including mine that are up for upgrade and the word is spreading. I will be moving over to a new service provider. Thanks.
