I really don't know what needs to happen before Cell C with get their together. My phone has not worked from the day I received it, which was 3 weeks ago. It was booked in and sent back without error, only to be opened and have the EXACT same problem. This was Friday. Now, due to an 'error' on the system, it is only being booked in today. Lezarne says the device must be sent back before I can cancel and another male at the branch said it was possible to cancel once the device was returned the first time. I was also told that the service center has missed a number of these errors in the past week. Now I will only get my phone back by Friday, if the working in the service center don't up once again.

What the is wrong with you people? Are you liars or simply incapable of managing your own company?
