No Feedback after a Month

Logged a service call on the 8th of March ref 1759736. Promised feedback within 48 hours. Today a month later I phoned in WRT to another query ref 1773999 and followed up on the previous query.

Buyisile informed me that the old query was put on hold. I asked why no feedback and she could not answer. I then asked for a manager and was told he is on break. She also took down my details and said Jarred Naidoo (the manager) will call me back. I told her I expect a call before 14:00. Buyisile said not to worry as I am the customer and he will call me back.

I wonder if this will also take him more that a month to do. Just for interest sake, It is now past 17:00. no call yet.
