No response after nearly 1 month

On 3 Jan 2014 at around 3pm, i went to the Customer Service Walk-in Centre in Morningside. I spoke to Tsholo. This was to follow up on a billing query which i originally raised with MTN (via email) in June 2013 (REQ:2222500) to which i had no response.
Tsholo has raised a new query and promised that i would be contacted by someone at MTN, which has not happened (again!). The reference number for this query is 3095285. Please can somebody follow this up. I cannot wait to port my number away from this pathetic excuse for a company. I am so unimpressed with the service received from every single person i have ever dealt with at MTN.
