My last month debit order with you bounced because of reasons. You then charged me R200 because it happend and it costs me another R115 at my bank. I enquired one of your account staff via the online chat system on your website and he told me that it is the new amount for bounced debit orders and it can go up to R500 per transaction. I explained to him the nature of the problem and that R200 is INSANE and i am not going to pay it. I then took my business elsewhere. Earlier today i got a sms stating that the debit order will go off again! Why on earth are you from your clients when a debit order bounced? The reason behind it probably is because they (us) are going thru tough times and you dont make it any easier.

I have not used any of your data because you suspended my accounts and i am not going to pay you a cent! I emailed your accounts department then to please cancel my accounts asap whereupon I got an email back stating that I can only do it via the control panel whereupon i could not because it is suspended. I mailed the person back but got no reply since.
I don't want your business anymore and would like to cancel all my accounts with you asap.
