I have been trying to get hold of 8ta accounts department from the 28th February till now, no one is being of help, ive been told they will call me back till now nobody has, because they told me they were maintaining their system so they could not open my profile. I paid R398 on the 12th FEB and on the 28th FEB R595.32 was deducted from my account, so im wondering how could i pay such a huge amount in 1month, yet if the debit order bounced for whatever reasons how come was i not alerted and how long does it take for the account to be suspended (after how many missed payements) and if i have an option to deposit instead of debit order.

I have never experienced any problem with *ta till now, it used to take the R199 as per agreement so now i dont understand and im not very pleased with service i receive from the call center. Can i. again be emailed my statements. My previous case no is: 4115511 that i still have not received any correspondence from, i even sent an agent an email from your website, still no response!
