Bouncing debit orders

I have been a member of VA for a number of years. This year I have had 3 occasions where my debit order bounced and my account had to be double debited the following month or 2. The reason for it bouncing is blamed on my bank however all my other accounts have never had this problem. Last month I had to pay R800 and now they want me to pay another R800 at the end of this month! I do not make provision for these errors that are being made by the accounts department. I am now thinking it may be best to cancel the contract (as it is month to month) and sign up with the gym around the corner that charges R200/month. Virgin must realise there is alot of competition out there nowadays - that i cannot even visit the Beacon Bay branch without paying an extra R105 a month is ridiculous. They should offer their loyal customers some kind of benefit!
