Apply for 1 Contract but get billed for 2

On the 22nd of January 2014 a agent from Cell C phoned me and explain to me about this wonderful contract of R119.00 pm I agreed to it and accept the offer. On the 23rd of January 2014 my wife got the mail "tracking your order" and now I've got 2 contracts one for R119.00 pm and another on for R639.00 pm this was never the agreement.

We started to phone 084 140 and 084 145 without any luck the call centre agents is unpleasant rude and unhelpful.

Eventually after being transferring from the one agent to the other Nazeema pick it up on the system that it is a outsource company of cell c that did this he take down all the details and would get a agent to call back. This never happen. We send a mail to the sender of the tracking your order but up until now did receive any phone call from any agent.

I feel this is unprofessional and would really appreciate it if someone can just look into this matter and immediately cancel both deals.
