Disgusting service. I have 2 contracts with Cell C ending in 2mths time. THANK Last month my 1 line was suspended due 2 non-payment, PAYMENTS WAS ACTUALLY MADE. Eventually I had to send pop for both contracts. I was informed that there was an outstanding balance which was rubbish because I only pay R150 p/m for each contract. They said I had taken recurring BIS on 1 of my lines which again is impossible because my wife is unable to use her BB due 2 continues problems experienced with the phone and has settled for a (NON BLACKBERRY DEVICE). After continues arguing with the agent I paid the outstanding amount, ONLY reason for that was because she needed her phone on at all times. The agent told me that they would cancel recurring BIS 15/10/2013 which in the 1st place we did not activate.06/01/2014 I was informed that her line has been barred AGAIN After contacting the cell c I was told once again that there is an outstanding amount on the acc. The agent said that they could pick up on the system that the recurring BIS was deactivated 15/10/2013 we re-activated it the same day. (RUBBISH) I refuse 2 pay. Taken this further. Why would i complain like this if we had activated recurring BIS
