Hi took out a data contract with Cell C, Kabelo was the sales agent. I asked specifically if i can put cap on the account as i do not want to pay more than R119 a month. Kabelo advised i call 084140 option9 and they will place a cap on the account so i do not go over the 2G data i receive and do not pay more than R119 a month. I called today and spoke to Nontlantla at the call centre what disgusted service. She tells me that she cant place a cap on my account i MUST have a limit and the least limit is R50 i told her but i dont want a limit i just want the 2G and pay R119 and i was told i can do this. She spoke over gave me stinking attitude and said Cell C cant help me! I MUST TAKE A LIMIT!! this is outrageous CELL C YOU CANT FORCE ME TIO TAKE A LIMIT AND PAY MORE THAN WHAT I AGREED TO PAYING! i asked her to tell her manager/supervisor to send me a email and her nr and she said ok, Cell C and their people should know what customer service is and respect them as well. I would even offer my services as this us UNACCEPTABLE!!! I HAVE NOT FELT SO HUMILIATED in a while! I THOUGHT CELL C WAS BETTER THAN WHEN I 1ST HAD BUSINESS WITH THEM THEY ARE WORST!!! I WANT AN APOLOGY!!!
