Customers get sworn at from Cell C representatives

Good day

I, as a cell c customer had called the customer care for assistance & i spoke to two different agents that gave me two different explanations (confused) yet they work for 1 company.

The incident was were the second agent i spoke too breached her contract because after i hanged up the call she sent an sms to me saying that I am a "RUDE "

So I just want to say that if Cell C customers do not understand something & call their customer service for assistance & if we are not polite on the call, Is it the agent duty to send an sms to the customer saying that he/she is a RUDE?

I did ask Cell C to compensate me cause what happen to me was very unprofessional & a spokesperson named Reaaz told me that Cell C cannot compensate me so as a customer what do i do?? Do i accept the fact that agents representing a Company like CELL C are allowed to swear their customers taking into concideration that the same customers are paying their wages & making the Company rich
