On 20 Sept.2012, I sent an e-mail with docs attached, to cancel my mom's contract as she is deceased.
Legal decides to declare me deceased and d/c my lines, I have 2 contracts and before the long weekend. I sent an e mail to customer service the 25 Sept.2012 complaining. New sim cards delivered but not without drama, I am given a tracking number for the courier company and found out the goods where never collected sim cards still at Cell C.
On 14 Nov.2012 my lines are blocked, phone call centre and told it's due to non-payment, here we go again. I'm told that they have no banking details on my profile, despite me having a Cell c contract for almost 6 years with a debit order. Your agent promised to escalate my query, as I have also discovered that the free data on my 1 contract has not been received since the Sept.incident Ref:2111402503/2111402506.
20 Nov.2012 I receive a call from a collector, telling me to pay my account or she will hand me over, shocked 4 days. Phone call centre again and lo and behold I'm still deceased. Paid via EFT but on 21 Nov 2012, debit on my account. I have since gone onto prepaid but my other contract still no data and no response from Cell C.
