ADSL Line not avaiable for 5 weeks and counting

My Telkom ADSL line had been unstable and would go off/on intermittently. I booked a call for this on the 19 Dec 2013 1117CRK191213. I got an sms saying a technician will attend but no one came and on the 11 Jan 2013 the call was closed saying my line was restored. Which was NOT true as my line was still faulty. Than on the 14 Jan 2014 my adsl line went down completely and has not been up since. I booked a call on the 14 Jan 1221CRK140114 and I got a call from a technician who said the issue is at the exchange and the exchange called saying they need to send a technician. I have not been able to connect to the internet for the past 5 weeks and Telkom is not helping me at all.
