Not Getting any Joy from MTN Waterstone

I upgraded to a new phone in August 2013 while there was a special going on for the MTN 350 contract. Till this day I'm still getting my old data and SMS bundle which is 100MB and 50 SMS's respectively. It should be 350MB data and 200 or 300 SMS's.

Anyway, I've been to the shop numerous times where I speak to a consultant, give my details and get told they will sort it out and phone me back ASAP.

I never get any feedback and I constantly have to go to the shop or phone them where I have to go through the same process again.

Can someone please assist me as I was told the data and SMS's will be reimbursed since my upgrade.
