Faulty Blackberry that they do not want to change

I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 yrs and never had any issues until now. I have a blackberry for the last 2 yrs on contract and in the first 7-8 months the phone was sent in for repairs as the phone was constantly switching off by it self. They were unable to repiar the phone and I was issued with a re-furbished phone as a replacement. In he last 3-4 months the phone just starting loosing signal on its own. I have sent the phone in for repairs and it has taken 10 weeks for the phone to be checked and returned to me. When I was notified to collect the phone they said that the techician will not repair the phone as he had picked up water damage. I can garantee that this phone had no water damaged on my end and was only sent in for to check why it was loosing connetcion to the network. Upon approaching the store at the Westwood mall branch I was told by the manager that there was nothing that they can do and I need to contact the Vendor who does the repairs on the phones.
I feel that I have been done an injustice as far as I am concerned the re-furbished phone that was giving as a replacement could have had the water damage. To tell you the truth I dont even know what was
