I am disgusted at the pathetic service received in the attempt to do a Simm swap at Melrose Arch Branch. It will only take 5 minutes to activate they said but after 3 subsequent visits to the branch and at least a dozen phone calls to the 808 no as well as the branch in the past almost 24 hours I still have no signal. The lady on the 808 call centre no. said I should email the complaint to [Email Removed] but this address is no longer active - I guess the staff at MTN should actually be the first to know that it has changed to a link on the web page. The reply I received "MTN REQ:1718667" is still being worked on. I wonder for how much longer. This is my plan of action with regard to the 3 out of 5 contracts in my personal name that are expiring in the near future are concerned. I will not be renewing these with MTN and I am no longer taking out the 2 additional data contracts through iStore Sandton City with MTN (I will instruct them to change that to Vodacom). I guess the above is all my fault because when I did the initial upgrade to Blackberry phones on both my daughters contracts it took over 2 days to activate. 2 days of excuses, how many days this time???
