2 NEW CONTRACTS - NO SATISFACTION

We started 2 new contracts 8 days ago, and spent the whole of the week trying to get MTN to activate the 2 phones. Spent more than an hour EVERYDAY for a week to the very useless call centre - 808 - on hold each time for an hour before someone answers the call. I strongly discourage the use of Eastgate branch where these were initiated and MTN in general, and with one phone, we are still without an active SIM. This has been a very poor example of a cell phone company looking for the business, and guaranteed, we will be charged even though we did not even have active phones. VERY DISGRUNTLED AND DISAPPOINTED in our decision to go this way
