5 Days without simple SIM activation!

To Whom It May Concern,

Be advised that your service delivery has failed (and very badly too).

Our company has attempted to test your LTE service and opened 3 contracts last week.

These 3 contracts still have not had there SIM cards activated. despite multiple visits to the branch (as NO ONE answers the phones at the branch), the lines are still not active and is now disrupting our service delivery to clients.

It seams that there are constant excuses to something this simple. We are giving Telkom Mobile 24 hours to resolve this now or we will cancel the 3 contracts and not consider the following 26 contracts that have to started to replace our mobile devises.

We have complied with Telkom in the matter and have only met with no response and a dead SIM card and this service is absolutely unacceptable. Please do not contact us unless you have a solution.
