Great service using online chat

I had trouble getting through on customer care line where I waited about 20 minutes - this was frustrating, until I saw the online chat functionality on their website.
I tried it and this was extremely sufficient. I was helped within a minute and Oemaymah resolved my issue very promptly.
Great service!
Would recommend online chat to all vodacom customers.
