My wife and I have taken upgrades on our phones during April 2013, the BIS service was supposed to be cancelled on the old contracts and activated on the new contracts, this was done, however we have been double charged on the bis service. We have called the call centre, they informed us that the old service would be cancelled and the new activated, however, they cancelled both services, we then had to call again to activate the new service, this was done and then it was cancelled again and we were charged again for the activation for the BIS service. we have been calling for the past three days and still our BIS service is not active and when we query it, we have to explain the same thing to every single person we speak to. no one seems to know what to do and everyone keeps passing the buck.it is going on three days now that we do not have the BIS service and no one we speak to knows what to do. I am seriously thinking about cancelling our contracts with immediate effect due to the incompetence of the staff!!!
