Cell C
Contract Approved Yet No delivery of Phone

A new contract was taken out with an upgrade. The upgrade phone has been received but we are still waiting for the new contract phone. Lungani (sales agent) said there was stock at the time. I have phoned Cell C a number a times and the call agent has said that the phone was approved and being sent. However, on Monday when I called it turns out that there is no stock of this phone. Unacceptable!! If the phone was sent when it was promised there wouldn't be a problem. Spoke to Megan on Monday who emailed Lungani to call me back. It is now Thursday and still waiting. I am tired of being to and not being able to speak to anyone who can help. Your service is terrible. Either send the phone or cancel the contract. I have been patient enough with Cell C, I now demand service.
