Trying to upgrade for the past 3 weeks. on the 7th of June I went in to upgrade and half way trough the upgrade they told me they have to wait for a price and they can only do that on Monday but they will call me with detail on Monday, but Monday came and I heard nothing so I went back just to be told that its not done but they'll call me so Tuesday came and still nothing so I went back again and then only they started to find out what was going on. On Wednesday they called me and told me the contract was approved. When I asked when my phone will be up for collection then only they told me that they do not have stock of the sony xperia go and that they'll see what they can do. 2 Weeks later they only told me that for the past 2 to 3 weeks they do not have any sony phone in SA and they recommend that I should change my phone so I decided on the LG L9 and now all of a sudden its not allowed to include a monthly fee for the phone to my contract so its been another week of waiting. After 3 week of waiting I still do not have a phone or a contract!! I tried the managers but even they weren't able to help me! I am very frustrated, never have I had to wait this long to upgrade!!!
