Totally disgusted in Cell C's service

I have been a cell c client for years and have never been as disappointed as i am right now, i was due for my upgrade and called in to the upgrade centre on the 10th of July, i finalised all the info with the consultant and was told that i can expect deliverly in a weeks time. i have not heard one word from anyone at cell C and today is the 23rd of July, two weeks later, i was told to send a complaint to custserv@cellc which i done last week and i have still heard nothing, not an email nor a phone call, i am at a point that i would rather cancel my contract and move to a network that cares. when i called the call centre again today, i was told there is no stock and i can call next week and see if there is stock, since when is it the clients responsibllity to call and enquire about stock. i will never recommend cell c again.
